In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

Land Resources Management, Inc., an Oklahoma Corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Gary L. Lay and Virginia G. Lay, husband and wife; Oklahoma County Assessor, and Oklahoma County Treasurer; Carpenter Paper Company, a corporation; Cherry Stone Property Owners Association, a/k/a Cherry Stone Property Owners Association: and The National Bank of Harrah, a national banking corporation, Defendant.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Gary L. Lay and Virginia G. Lay, husband and wife.

You will take notice that Plaintiff, Land Resources Management, Inc. filed its Petition in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma against you, and unless you answer said Petition on or before the 12th day of September, 1988, said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered for Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-six Dollars and Sixty Cents ($18,426.60) with principle, Nine Hundred Thirty-

eight Dollars and Twenty-two Cents ($938.22) interest accrued through date of default of Novembcr 6, 1987, and interest thereafter at Six Dollars and Fifty-six Cents ($6.56) per day until paid, attorneys fees, and all costs of said action, as provided in said note and mortgage and further judgment for Twenty-one Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-two Dollars and Ninety-six Cents ($21,372.96) principle, One Thousand Two Hundred Six Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($1,206.18) interest accrued to November 6, 1987, and Seven Dollars and Sixty-one Cents ($7.61) daily interest thereafter until paid, Fifteen Dollar ($15.00) late charges, attorney's fees, and all costs for said action as provided in said note and mortgage and foreclosing mortgages upon the following described real estate, to wit:

Tract #27 of Cherry Stone, being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 11 North, Range One East, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: commencing at the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of said section. …
