NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Corporation Commission enter an order amending and extending Order No. 286,673 to establish 160-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas from the Sycamore separate common source of supply underlying the SW/4 of Section 3 and NE/4 (a/k/a Lot 1, Lot 2, and S/2 NE/4) and SE/4 of Section 4, Township 4 North, Range 4 West, Garvin County, Oklahoma; and that the 160-acre units be formed by each governmental quarter-section with the permitted well location being anywhere in the unit not closer than 660 feet from the unit boundary. …
