Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Minerva Oil Company. Relief Sought: Location Exception. Legal Description: NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 3 West of the IM, McClain County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Minerva Oil Company, has filed an Application in this Cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) authorizing and permitting Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant to drill and complete a well at a location being 235 feet from the west line and 480 feet from the north line of the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 3 West of the IM, McClain County, Oklahoma, as an exception to the permitted well location tolerances in the 40-acre drilling and spacing units to be established for the Deese Sand (Gibson and Hart deleted), Third Deese or Gibson Sand, Fourth Deese or Hart Sand, Sycamore and Woodford separate common sources of supply in the NE1/4 SW1/4 of said Section 29, so as to produce hydrocarbons therefrom; and (ii) establishing a proper allowable for the proposed well involved herein as to the separate common sources of supply covered hereby, which allowable Applicant requests be established as a full allowable with no downward adjustment made thereto. The Application in this Cause states that there is pending in Cause CD No. 145,108 an application to form 40-acre drilling and spacing units in the NE1/4 SW1/4 of said Section 29 for the Deese Sand (Gibson and Hart deleted), Third Deese or Gibson Sand, Fourth Deese or Hart Sand, Sycamore and Woodford separate common sources of supply. …
