First Western Federal Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Don J. Engel, a single person; Red Oak Home owner`s Association, Inc.; Joe B. Barnes, Oklahoma County Treasurer and The Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma; Defendants.

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of September, 1988, at 2 o`clock p.m., at the Oklahoma County Courthouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest bidder therefor with appraisement all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma to-wit:
