NOTICE is hereby given that Barbara Jean Williams and Lillian Elizabeth Catanzaro, Co-Administratrices of the Estate of Harry Lee Johnson, Jr., Deceased, have made return to this Court filed and presented herein for confirmation of sale contracted by them as Co-

Administratrices of said Estate to George K. Boghosian and John E. Boghosian, as tenants in common, by private sale, for the sum Three Thousand and Fifty Dollars ($3,050.00) cash, under power of sale granted by this Court by Order made, entered and filed in this cause on February 16th, 1988, of the following described interest in real property, situate in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

An undivided one-fourth (1/4th) interest in and to a part of U.S. Government Lot One (1), Southwest Quarter (SW/4), Section Thirty-two (32), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Three (3) West of I.M. and also a part of CARLE AND COLCORD('S) ADDITION, an addition to the City of Oklahoma City, according to the recorded plat thereof, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point, which is the Southwest corner of Lot 19, Block 5, CARLE AND COLCORD('S) ADDITION; thence South on the extension of 10.00 feet to the intersection of said extension and the Centerline of Block 5 of said Addition; thence West on the extension of the Centerline of Block 5 of said Addition a distance of 121.70 feet to a point, which point is 50.00 feet East of the Centerline of North Pennsylvania Avenue and also the West line of U. …
