Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Great Basin Resources, Inc. Relief Sought: Pooling. Land Covered: N/2 SW/4 of Section 10, Township 7 North, Range 1 East, Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Hugh Howard III; Santa Fe Energy Operating Partners L.P. a Delaware Partnership; Sabine Corporation; Total Minatome Corporation; Bechtel Investments, Inc.; Neil M. Wood; Warren M. Kridler; Sequoia-Lear Associates Limited, a Texas Limited Partnership; El Paso National Bank Trustee of the Robert E. Haney Family Trust; Encounter Landworks, Inc.; Tamarran Oil & Gas Properties; Carole A. Payne; Pegasus Energy Corporation; Kathryn Crookshanks; Dorothy Stewart; Mary Stewart; and, if any of the above named individuals are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successor trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of any such deceased person; and, if any of the above named corporations are no longer in existence, then the unknown successors of any such corporation.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant an order pooling the interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Oswego, Prue, Skinner, Red Fork and Bartlesville common sources of supply underlying the N/2 SW/4 of Section 10, Township 7 North, Range 1 East, Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:

(a) Designation of the Applicant or some other party as operator of the unit well; and,

(b) The Applicant shall request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the initial well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all of its working interest and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. …
