One of Largest Property Auctions in State History Planned for Oct. 13

property auction, possibly the largest ever in Oklahoma, is scheduled for Oct. 13, the public relations firm Herbert H. Rozoff Associates, Inc. of Chicago has announced.

The public, no-minimum bid auction will be conducted at 11 a.m. in the Grand Ballroom of The Waterford Hotel, 6300 Waterford Blvd., by JBS & Associates, Inc., a Chicago-based national real estate consulting and auction firm, JBS president Joel Zegart said.

"This auction has unprecedented scope and size, giving investors an excellent opportunity to invest in the future growth of Oklahoma," Zegart said. "The sale is unique in that it includes other property types in addition to housing, offering investors a wide range of selection in meeting the objectives of their real estate investment portfolios," he said.

To be auctioned are 10 multi-family investment properties containing 1,056 units, a 98-unit motor hotel, a 68,462-square-foot shopping center, and 155 acres of industrial land.

The multi-family housing complexes, nine of which are in the Oklahoma City metro area, to be auctioned are:

Cullen's Lakeview Apartments, 4605 W. Nicklas Ave., Oklahoma City, 136 units; Amberwood Apartments, 4121 Spanish Wells Dr., Oklahoma City, 54 units; Mayridge Apartments, 2807 NW 56th St., Oklahoma City, 100 units; Rockwell Arms Apartments, 2530 N. Rockwell Ave., Bethany, 104 units; Ashwood Apartments, 3451 SE 44th St., Del City, 157 units; Oakcliff Apartments, 3250 SE 44th St., Oklahoma City, 132 units; Villa Gardens Apartments, 2098 N. Glenhaven Dr., Midwest City, 96 units; Somerset Apartments, 4330 S. Barnes Ave., Oklahoma City, 128 units; Chateau 600 Apartments, 600 NW 29th St., Oklahoma City, 32 units; and Alpine Village Apartments, 101 E. …
