Applicant: Becsul Energy. Relief Sought: Pooling. Land Covered: S/2 NE/4 of Section 17, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the following parties, if living; or if deceased, then their unknown heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors, trustees, and/or assigns; or, the unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of any dissolved corporation, or the unknown successors of any party designated in any record as trustee: Bertha D. Jackson; Jean McCellan; Maxine Heaton; Treva Mae Fortner; Wilfred E. Jackson; Henry & Ramona (a/k/a Judy) Cooper; Sharon Louise Neff; Julius (Joe) & Reba Jackson; Sue Geralds Clay; Hazel Gifford; Bob Leebe Gifford and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission pool all oil and gas interests in the Bartlesville, Cleveland, 2nd Deese, Hunton, Prue, Red Fork, Savanna, Viola, lst Wilcox, 2nd Wilcox and Skinner separate common sources of supply for the production of oil and gas from the 80-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of the S/2 NE/4 of Section 17, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, adjudicating the rights and equities of the oil and gas owners thereof.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:

(a) Designation of the Applicant, or some other party, as operator of the unit well. …
