Applicant: Cheyenne Petroleum Company. Relief Requested: Force Pooling. Legal Description: E/2 SW/4 of Section 26, and all of Section 26, Township 21 North, Range 14 West, Major County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Major County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Viersen Land & Royalty Company; Sabine Corporation; Bill J. Sparks; Judson Stone; Calvin Worth; Don Mathis; Jerral W. Jones; David Julian; Ran Ricks, Jr.; Ricks Exploration Company; Ran Ricks, Inc.; G. Lyndell Buck; LRF Corporation; French Production, Incorporated; French Petroleum Corporation; French & Walker, Inc.; L.R. French, III; TXO Production Corp.; and Gibralter Exploration, Ltd. -- Fund B, and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above named parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant requests that the Commission pool the interests and adjudicate the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the 80 acre drilling and spacing unit for the Red Fork common source of supply in the E/2 SW/4 of Section 26, Township 21 North, Range 14 West, Major County, Oklahoma, and in the 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the Unconformity Chester, Hunton, Mississippi Solid, Inola, Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, Oswego and Toronto common sources of supply in said Section 26, all to be upon such terms and conditions as are just and reasonable and which will afford all of such owners the opportunity to recover or receive without unnecessary expense their just and fair share of all hydrocarbon substances produced therefrom, and that the Commission make definite provisions for the payment of all actual costs and expenses, not to exceed reasonable costs and expenses of drilling and development, including a reasonable charge for supervision. …
