Life Insurance Company of the Southwest, Plaintiff, vs. Bill M. Weaver, Margaret Weaver, et al., Defendants.

TO: Bill M. Weaver, Margaret Weaver, Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., Joe B. Barnes, Oklahoma County Treasurer, The Bank of Edmond, N.A., and The Oklahoma County Commissioners.

NOTICE is given that on the 22nd day of November, 1988, at 2 o`clock p.m., in Room 103 of the County Courthouse Annex in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all of that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

A part of Lot or Block 10 LOMBARDY HEIGHTS ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Lot or Block 10, thence N 00 degrees 01'15" W. along the West line of said Lot or Block 10, a distance of 47.00 feet to the point or place of beginning; thence continuing N 00 degrees 01'15" W. along the West line of said Lot or Block 10, a distance of 216.30 feet; thence East and parallel to the south line of said Lot or Block 10, a distance of 250.00 feet; thence S 00 degrees 01'15" E and parallel to the West line of said Lot or Block 10, a distance of 216.30 feet; thence West and parallel to the South line of said Lot or Block 10, a distance of 250.00 feet to the point or place of beginning;

subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, said property having been duly appraised at $250,000. …
