(37742) NOTICE OF HEARING No. CJ-88-11305 In the District Court within and for Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

In the Matter of the Application of First Interstate Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., as Successor Trustee of the Morris Trust, for a decree vacating a portion of a certain easement within United Founders Life Plaza to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

TO: City of Oklahoma City; Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County; Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company; Oklahoma Natural Gas Comany; Southwestern Bell Telephone Company; Cox Cable of Oklahoma City, Inc.; Pan Oklahoma Communications of Oklahoma City, Inc.; and all persons who own property within 300 feet of the easement described as a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 12, Township 12 North, Range 4 West of the Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of said Section 12; thence South along the West line of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of said Southeast Quarter (SE/4) for a distance of 323.45 feet to the point of beginning, said point being the intersection of said West line and the center line of a road easement as dedicated in Book 444, at Page 370, now vacated; and said point also being identical to the most Westerly corner of Block 8, United Founders Life Plaza, as recorded in Book 38 of plats at Page 27, in the office of the Oklahoma County Clerk; thence continuing South 0c08d02e West along said West line a distance of 25.58 feet to a point, said point being 100 feet Northeast and perpendicular to the center line of Northwest Expressway; thence South 61c40d56e East, parallel and 100 feet to the said center line of Northwest Expressway, a distance of 571. …
