NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission establish 40 acre drilling and spacing units for the McL ISH and A RBUCKLE common sources of supply underlying the E/2 NE/4 and SW/4 NE/4 of Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 4 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, by N EW S PACING, with the units to consist of governmental quarter quarter sections, and with the permitted well to be located not less than 330 feet from the unit boundary. …
