Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff, vs. Malcolm W. Hall; Judith C. Hall; Joe B. Barnes, Treasurer of Oklahoma County; County Commissioners of Oklahoma County; TransAmerica Financial Services, Inc. and Whtie and Carrier, Defendants.

NOTICE is given that on the 20th day of December, 1988, at 2:00 o`clock p.m., at Room 103, of the Annex Building of the Courthouse at Oklahoma City, in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at time of sale, at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

The South One Hundred Feet (S 100') of Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17), Block Seven (7), in WHEELER`S ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof;

a/k/a, 1224 S. Lee, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma;

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $28,000.00.

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon judgment entered in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-88-738, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is Plaintiff, and Malcolm W. Hall, Judith C. Hall, Joe B. Barnes, Treasurer of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, TransAmerica Financial Services, Inc. and White and Carrier, are Defendants, to satisfy said judgment of the Plaintiff and the liens of the Defendants as follows:
