Marrs; Commercial Bank & Trust Company of Muskogee, Oklahoma, a na tional banking association; Capitol Federal Savings Bank, a corporation; Community Bank, a corporation; the United States of America; the State of Oklahoma ex rel. The above specified and all other persons or entities and their unknown successors having an interest in the herein described property whose actual address is unknown are hereby notified of the following Sheriff`s Sale.

Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of January, 1989, at 2 o`clock p.m., at Room 103 of the Annex Building of the Courthouse in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said Oklahoma County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction, to the highest and best bidder therefor, with appraisement, all that certain real estate which has been duly appraised at $8,500.00, to-wit:
