In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

Transamerica Financial Services, (Inc.), a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. David Ross Earley and Diane Earley, husband and wife, Defendants.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: David Ross Earley, and his unknown successors, Diane Marie Earley, and her unknown successors, Old Line Insurance Company, and its unknown successors, American Mortgage and Investment Company, and its unknown successors, and any person or entity, and their unknown successors, holding an interest in the real property, described below, and any person or entity, and their unknown successors, who claim to hold an interest in the real property, described below.

Notice is given that on the 3rd day of January, 1989, at 2 o`clock p.m., in Room 103 of the Annex Building of the Oklahoma County Courthouse at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of Oklahoma County will offer for sale and sell at public auction, for cash, to the highest and best bidder, subject to the appraisement thereof fixed in the sum of $35,000.00, all that certain real property located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, described as follows:

Lot One (1), Block One (1), PARK ESTATES 14TH ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat in Book 32, Page 83;

known by its street address as 4412 N. Casper, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, subject to taxes and tax sales, if any, and subject to the first mortgage of Old Line Insurance Company, in the approximate amount of $15,577.00.

The sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in cause No. CJ-88-9754, wherein Transamerica Financial Services, (Inc.), a corporation, was plaintiff and David Ross Earley and Diane Marie Earley, husband and wife, were defendant(s), to satisfy:

First: In payment of the costs of said sale and of this action;

Second: The judgment herein awarded to plaintiff in the sum of $29,248. …
