On October 13th, 1988, Meridian Reserve, Inc., a Delaware corporation, Poll Gas, Inc., Meridian Energy, Inc., Enterprise Development, Ltd., Amcole Energy Corporation, Buckeye Crude Exploration, Inc., Meridian Reserve of Oklahoma, Inc., American Dynamics Corporation, Mid-America Gas Line Corporation, Meridian Reserve, Inc., Meridian Reserve of Texas, Inc., Meridian Reserve of Ohio, Inc., Cogco International, Inc., Guardian National, Inc., Action Energy, Inc., HJD Cattle Company, Inc., Western Oil Resources, Inc., Ohio Stamp Auction, Ltd., Meridian Reserve of Kansas, Inc., McKinley Securities, Inc., Amco Securities, Inc., Wildwood Genetics, Inc., and S R Interim, Inc. (the ``Debtors``) filed voluntary petitions in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma (the ``Court``), entitled, In re: Meridian Reserve, Inc., Case No. 88-

06519-BH, et seq. (Administratively Consolidated Chapter 11 Proceedings) seeking reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

The Court has entered an Order (the ``Bar Order``) establishing March 1st, 1989 at 4:30 p.m., local time (the ``Bar Date``) as the last day on which any Proof of Claim or Proof of Interest (collectively, ``Proofs``) may be filed. The Bar Order applies to all persons and entities, including, without limitation, governmental units, Except Those Persons and Entities Described in Paragraphs (A) Through (D) Below, who assert a claim against or interest in the Debtors which arose prior to October 13th, 1988.

Any persons or entities, other than those described in paragraphs (A) through (D) below, failing to file a Proof on or before March 1st, 1989, at 4:30 p.m., local time, shall be forever barred from voting upon, or receiving distributions under, any plan of reorganization of the Debtors.

Persons an Entities Not Required to File Proof

The Bar Order specifically excludes only the following from having to file a Proof:

(A) Any person or entity which has already filed a Proof with the Clerk of the Court Need Not File a Duplicate Proof. …
