STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Garvin County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Camelback Company; Samedan Oil Corporation; Amoco Production Company; The Home-Stake Royalty Corporation; Adobe Royalty, Inc.; Thomas N. Berry & Company; Chesapeake Production Company; Chesapeake Investments; Fina Oil & Chemical Company; Petro Fina Delaware, Inc.; AVERA Investments, Inc.; Dawson Land Company; Sohio Petroleum Company; Presidio Exploration, Inc.; Mary Lee Hart; Penny McNally; Virginia T. Neave; Jay Potler; NCNB Texas National Bank Trustee u/w/o Dorothy S. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant requests that the Commission pool the interests and adjudicate the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the 40 acre drilling and spacing units for the Gibson and Hart common sources of supply in NE/4 NW/4 of Section 16, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Garvin County, Oklahoma, and in the 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the Sycamore, Hunton, Viola and Bromide common sources of supply in the E/2 NW/4 of said Section 16, all to be upon such terms and conditions as are just and reasonable and which will afford all of such owners the opportunity to recover or receive without unnecessary expense their just and fair share of all hydrocarbon substances produced therefrom, and that the Commission make definite provisions for the payment of all actual costs and expenses, not to exceed reasonable costs and expenses of drilling and development, including a reasonable charge for supervision. …
