STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly; American National Bank of Amarillo, Trustee of the Wilda H. Talbot Trust, Dorothy E. Grunewald, Esther L. Hartle, Ann V. Hartle, Velma A. Craighead, S and W Oil Company, Gordon and Cecilia Craighead, A. Franklin Lowe, Nellie Morgan Schmidt, Western Oil Company, Inc., G.I.D. Energy Partners 87, Limited Partnership, Crab Run Gas Company, Pedco 1987 Energy Development Program, Ltd., Hexoco, Inc.-Drapkin Joint Venture, Western Oil Company, Inc. Joint Venture 1988-1, Western Oil Company, Inc., Joint Venture 1988-2, Sherrill D. Howery, Frank Bannister, Ronald J. & Theresa M. Carel, Ralf G. Bahr, Richard Kelly, Michael Neuman, in Woodward County, Oklahoma, and more particularly and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties; and if any of the above are corporations which do not continue to have legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission establish 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the Osage, common source of supply underlying all of said Section 6, Township 20 North, Range 18 West, Woodward County, Oklahoma by establishing initial 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas for the Osage, common source of supply, which units to consist of said governmental section, and with the permitted well to located not less than 1,320 feet from the unit boundary, and possibly providing that the Order to issue in this cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of signing. …
