Continental Federal Savings and Loan Association, Plaintiff, vs. James Phillip King, et al., Defendant.

Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of May, 1989, in Room 103 of the Annex of the County Courthouse of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, at 2:00 o`clock p.m., the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
