Applicant: Jordan Oil & Gas Company. Relief Requested: Amend Order No. 240,533 to change 80 acre drilling and spacing units to standup units. Legal Description: SW/4 of Section 23, Township 11 North, Range 8 East, Okfuskee County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Bobby Ray Capehart; Harriet Long; Jacquetta Phelps; Bettie Jane Gibbons; Illawaynne Goodall; Rosemary T. Reynolds; Claribel Y. Marshall; Lillie A. Attleberger; Ralph Price; Lucille Mitchell; Alpha Price; Maudie M. Jones; Althea Lucille Higgins; Clyde F. Ross; Oscar Joseph Morrison, Jr. and Nancy L. Morrison; Richard Collins; Montie E. McCarter; Billy Price; Jack Jenkins; Charles R. Jones; and J.W. Price; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish drilling and spacing units as set out in special relief paragraph below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: That the Commission amend Order No. 240,533 to provide that the 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the Hunton, Viola, Simpson Dolomite, First Wilcox and Second Wilcox common sources of supply underlying the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 11 North, Range 8 East, Okfuskee County, Oklahoma, shall be formed by a line running North and South through the center of said governmental quarter section, with the permitted well to be located in the NW/4 and the SE/4 of said governmental quarter section, not less than 330 feet from the boundary of the proper governmental quarter quarter section. …
