STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Garvin County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Joy C. McNeely; TBL Investments; Renee Bertha Garland; Daniel Paul Garland, Jr.; Roberta Susan Jones, now Morrow; Paula Morrow Corey; David Joseph Stewart, Jr.; Sandra Lee Swicki; Sue Nell Garland as Attorney-in-fact for Daniel Garland; Roberta Susan Garland Stewart, now Swicki; Trella Joy Beach; H. Tom Kight III, Trustee under Trust Indenture of the H. Tom Kight, III Trust dated September 30, 1977; TXO Production Corp.; Texaco Producing, Inc.; Cities Service Oil and Gas Corp.; and OXY U.S.A., Inc., and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above named parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant requests that the Commission pool the interests and adjudicate the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the 40 acre drilling and spacing units for the North Lindsay Deese Sands and Lower Springer common sources of supply in the NE/4 SW/4 of Section 24, Township 4 North, Range 4 West, Garvin County, Oklahoma, and in the 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the Sycamore and Hunton common sources of supply in the E/2 SW/4 of said Section 24, all to be upon such terms and conditions as are just and reasonable and which will afford all of such owners the opportunity to recover or receive without unnecessary expense their just and fair share of all hydrocarbon substances produced therefrom, and that the Commission make definite provisions for the payment of all actual costs and expenses, not to exceed reasonable costs and expenses of drilling and development, including a reasonable charge for supervision. …
