Applicant: RLM Petroleum Corporation. Relief Requested: Drilling and Spacing Units. Legal Description: Section 18, Township 25 North, Range 11 West, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested parties in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, particularly: R.K. Black, Trustee, R.C. Brown, M.D., Inc., Junia S. Cassell, Marvin Cassell, Raymond Friedlander, Golsen Petroleum Corporation, Parthena McCrady, John C. and Faye McDaniel, Royal Miller, Robert M. Meads, Oklahoma Electrical Supply Co., Lewis H. Munn and Alice V. Munn, Carolyn Shutt Estate c/o Wanda Lou Brower, Personal Representative, and Murray N. Silverstein.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that an Order issue extending Order No. 330,613 creating 160 acre drilling and spacing units for the Cherokee Group common source of supply to bring within its purview Section 18, Township 25 North, Range 11 West, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, with each governmental quarter section comprising one unit with permitted well locations no closer than 660 feet from a unit boundary; and extending Order No. 192,790 creating 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the Arbuckle, Cleveland, Cottage Grove, Endicott, Hogshooter, Hunton, Simpson Group and Viola common sources of supply to bring within its purview Section 24, Township 25 North, Range 12 West, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, with each governmental section comprising one unit with permitted well locations no closer than 1320 feet from a unit boundary; and establishing 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the Misener common source of supply underlying Section 18, Township 25 North, Range 11 West, Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, with each governmental section comprising one unit with permitted well locations no closer than 1320 feet from a unit boundary; and possibly providing that it be made effective on a date prior to the date of signing of the Order. …
