Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Reserve Exploration Company. Relief Sought: Drilling and Spacing Units. Legal Description: SW/4 of Section 20, Township 11 North, Range 8 East, Seminole County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order establishing drilling and spacing units in the manner hereinafter set forth.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: Applicant requests that the Commission enter an order extending the provisions of Order No. 249,546, which order established 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil from the Wewoka, Calvin, Senora, Earlsboro, Bartlesville, Booch, Gilcrease, Cromwell, Hunton Lime, Viola Lime and Wilcox Sand common sources of supply, to cover and include the SW/4 of Section 20, Township 11 North, Range 8 East, Seminole County, Oklahoma, and establishing 40-

acre units for the production of oil from the Union Valley Limestone common source of supply underlying said area, with the units to consist of governmental quarter quarter sections and the permitted wells to be located not less than 330 feet from the unit boundary. …
