Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Western Natural Resources, Inc. Relief Sought: Pooling. Land Covered: S/2 NE/4 of Section 10, Township 16 North, Range 2 West, Logan County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Logan County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Vernon L Anderson; Mayra Welch and Kathleen W Bignell Trustees of the Eleanor P Welch Trust; D C Cogburn; Joy Lynn Fitzsimons; Dr William E Hubbard; John R Hubbard; Ralph Hubbard and Grace E Hubbard; Margaret Hirzel; Marilyn Smith Branch Howard S Smith Grandchildren`s Trust and Trustee of the Marilyn Smith Branch Trust; Helen Moody; W E Schooling; John O Vaughn; F N Winslow; Julian Smith; Helen Smith; and, if any of the above named individuals are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successor trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of any such deceased person; and, if any of the above named corporations are no longer in existence, then the unknown successors of any such corporation.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant an order pooling the interests and adjudicating the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Cleveland, Oswego, Marshall, First Wilcox, Second Wilcox, Prue, Skinner, Hunton and Viola common sources of supply underlying the S/2 NE/4 of Section 10, Township 16 North, Range 2 West, Logan County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: Designation of the Applicant or some other party as operator of the unit well; and, The Applicant shall request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the initial well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all of its working interest and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. …
