Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Anadarko Beach Exploration Company. Relief Requested: Adjudicating the rights and equities and pooling all interests. Legal Description: N/2 NE/4 of Section 23, Township 2 North, Range 8 East, Coal County, Oklahoma, for the Wapanucka common source of supply and the NW/4 NE/4 of said Section 23 for the Cromwell and Gilcrease common sources of supply.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the following parties, if living or if deceased, their unknown heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors, trustees and/or assigns, immediate and remote, or the unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of any dissolved corporation, company or partnership or the unknown successor(s) of any trustee, conservator or attorney-in- fact, to-wit: Land Oil Company; John Barrow Motter, Jr.; Texas Commerce Bank, N.A., Trustee under the Will of B.F. Orr, deceased; Texas Commerce Bank, N.A., Trustee under the Will of Ava Lee Orr, deceased; Commerce Bank of St. Joseph, N.A., Successor Trustee of Margaret Bartlett Campbell Trust under Trust Agreement dated 3/9/50; Jeanna M. Hodgdon; Bryce A. Muir; Virginia Bruce Motter Davis; L.A. Crum and Ruth Gray Lee, a/k/a Ruth G. Lee and to all persons, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Coal County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an order adjudicating the rights and equities and pooling all interests of all owners in the Wapanucka common source of supply underlying the N/2 NE/4 of Section 23, Township 2 North, Range 8 East, Coal County, Oklahoma, being an 80-acre drilling and spacing unit for said common source of supply and in the Cromwell and Gilcrease common sources of supply underlying the NW/4 NE/4 of said Section 23, being a 40-acre drilling and spacing unit for the latter named common sources of supply, for the purpose of drilling a test well on said 80-acre drilling and spacing unit which will be the unit well for both said 80-

Acre Unit and said 40-Acre Unit. …
