The Lomas & Nettleton Company, Plaintiff, v. Donald R. DuBois, et al., Defendants.

Notice is hereby given to the following parties: the general public, and all parties of interest in the property below described, including, but not limited to: Donald R. Dubois; Inez DuBois; Joe B. Reust; Deanna M. Reust.

That on the 12th day of September, 1989, at 2 o'clock p.m., at Room 103, in the Oklahoma County Courthouse, the same located in Oklahoma County, City of Oklahoma, State of Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder all that certain real estate and improvements (the ``Mortgaged Premises``) located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, as follows, to-wit:

PACKINGHOUSE VIEW ADDITION to Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according the recorded plat thereof

without derogating from the above description, the Mortgaged Premises is commonly referred to as follows:
