Applicant: Krumme Oil Company. Relief Sought: Well Location Exception. Legal Description: The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W/2 NW/4 SE/4) of Section 23, Township 16 North, Range 9 East, Creek County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers and Takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons in Section 23, Township 16 North, Range 9 East, Creek County, Oklahoma (hereinafter ``Subject Lands``) and offsetting lands, and in particular to the following persons, their known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, assigns and successors, immediate and remote: Anna Lou Buford, Trustee (for Daniel S. Buford); Anna Lou Buford, Trustee (for Daniel S. Buford), c/o Daniel S. Buford; Moore Royalty Trust, J. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting, if necessary, that the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (hereinafter ``Commission``) issue an order providing as follows for the Dutcher common source of supply (hereinafter ``Subject Common Source of Supply``) underlying the Subject Lands:

(a) Authorizing an off-pattern well to be drilled, completed, produced, and operated without penalty upon allowable production at a surface and bottom hole location 330 feet from the West line and 660 feet from the North line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23 (also described as the Center of the west Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter) for the following drilling and spacing unit underlying and comprised of the the Subject Lands: 20-acre unit for the Dutcher to be established in Cause No. CD 148,856. Under the Order to be issued in Cause No. CD 148,856, and OCC-OGR 1-504(1), the Commission established the permitted well location to be at any point within the unit no closer than 165 feet from the outside boundary of a proper 10-acre tract within the 20-acre drilling and spacing unit to be established. …
