STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Canevari Timber Company, Inc.; Cathedral Enterprises, Inc.; Emma Maddox Hardin Crowson; Arlee Funk, Trustee of the Arlee Funk 1984 Revocable Trust; Craig Funk; Cameron Funk; D.G. Hansen Trust; Nancy Ann Horner; Jerral W. Jones; Tom L. King; Homer L. Lawson; James D. Lea and Barbara J. Lea; Sharon Sue Lund; Syble Ruth Wilson; SA Energy Inc.; Gene Hardin McGuirt; Richmond Oil Company; National Oil Program-77, Jenex Acquisition Corporation, Managing General Partner; Ricks Drilling Program 1977-2; Ricks Fund Employee Trust; Ran Ricks, Jr.; Bill J.
