Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff, vs. Peter M. Glenn d/b/a Classen Press and Julie J. Glenn, husband and wife; United States of America ex rel. Internal Revenue Service; and State of Oklahoma ex rel. Oklahoma Tax Commission, Defendants.

TO: Peter M. Glenn d/b/a Classen Press; Julie J. Glenn; United States of America ex rel. Internal Revenue Service; and State of Oklahoma ex rel. Oklahoma Tax Commission.

NOTICE is given that on the 3rd day of October, 1989, at 2 o'clock p.m., in Room 103 of the County Courthouse Annex in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all of that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

All of Lot Thirteen (13), Block Ninety-three (93), NICHOLS HILLS, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, except a portion thereof described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 13, Block, 93, Nichols Hills, running thence in a Westerly direction along the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 13, a distance of 5 feet; thence in a Northeasterly direction in a straight line to a point of intersection with the Easterly line of said Lot 13, which point is 75 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 13; thence in a Southerly direction along the East line of said Lot 13, a distance of 75 feet to the point or place of beginning,

subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, said property having been duly appraised at $52,000. …
