Donald Zahnley has purchased a home at 1003 Irvine Terrace in the Oak Tree addition of Edmond.

The sellers were Fred and Rosemary Martin.

The eight-year-old traditional home is situated on a wooded cul-de-sac lot and has a living space of 2,800 square feet.

Revenue stamps indicate the home sold for $199,000.

The sellers were Steven and Melinda Nowell.
