NOTICE OF HEARING

Cause CD No. 151,532

Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Earlsboro Energies Corporation. Relief Sought: Clarify, Construe, Intrepret and/or Modify Pooling Order Nos. 277,547 and 321,360. Legal Description: Section 8, Township 21 North, Range 14 West, Major County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To Virginia K. Price, now Giles, Trustee of the Joel S. Price Trust, Cecil S. Slater, Lucille W. Slater, Union Texas Petroleum Corporation, Amoco Production Company, Touchstone Resources, Ltd., Eleanor Viola Castile, Deceased, Eve-Ann Wilkinson and Oxy USA, Inc., if living or in existence, and if not living or in existence, then their unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns, immediate and remote, and to all persons, owners, producers and takers of oil and gas, and to all other interested persons particularly in Major County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that this Commission issue an order clarifying, construing and/or interpreting pooling Order Nos. 277,547 and 321,360 each previously entered by the Corporation Commission covering the Oswego, Inola, Chester, Meramec and Hunton common sources of supply underlying the lands described in the caption hereof.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief:

a. The Commission should issue an order in this cause clarifying and construing prior pooling Order Nos. 277,547 and 321,360 insofar as said orders pool the interests and adjudicate the rights and equities of the parties subject thereto for the Oswego, Inola, Chester, Meramec and Hunton common sources of supply underlying Section 8-21N-14W, Major County, Oklahoma.

b. Applicant requests that said order clarifying and contruing said orders find that Order No. 277,547 validly pooled the interests and adjudicated the rights and equities of the parties subject thereto for the Oswego, Inola, Chester, Meramec and Hunton common sources of supply underlying Section 8-21N-14W, Major County, Oklahoma for the entire drilling and spacing unit and all wells to be drilled therein for production from such formations and not limited to the initial wellbore drilled pursuant to the terms of said order and further find that said order has continuing effectiveness by virtue of the operations conducted in Section 8 by Earlsboro Energies Corporation, the designated operator under said orders.
