In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

American Investment Bank, N.A., Plaintiff, vs. Keith E. Swain, a/k/a Keith Swain, and Karen J. Swain, husband and wife, and Higher Education Assistance Foundation, a Minnesota corporation, Defendants.

NOTICE is given that on the 7th day of November, 1989, at 2 o`clock P.M., in Room 103, of the Courthouse Annex Building of the County Courthouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to wit:

All of Lot Twenty-two (22), in Block Five (5), in STEVE PENNINGTON 3RD ADDITION, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat in Book 27, Page 12, (a/k/a 2772 West Eubanks, Oklahoma City, OK 73112).

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale in Foreclosure upon a judgment entered on the 25th day of September, 1989, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in Cause No. CJ-89-6098, wherein American Investment Bank, N.A., was plaintiff, and Keith E. Swain, a/k/a Keith Swain, and Karen J. Swain, husband and wife, and Higher Education Assistance Foundation, a Minnesota corporation, were defendants, being all of the defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property, requiring notice, to satisfy a judgment in favor of American Investment Bank, N.A., in the sum of $10,546.71, with interest thereon at the rate of 18.00% per annum, from June 9, 1989, $5.17 per diem, until paid, abstract costs of $100. …
