NOTICE is given on the 14th day of November, 1989, at 2 o`clock p.m. at the Rm. 103, of the County Courthouse at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of Oklahoma County, will offer for sale and sell at public auction for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to the appraisement thereof fixed in the sum of $125,000.00, all that certain real property located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, described as follows: Attached hereto and made a part hereof marked Exhibit ``A``. A part of the Middle Third of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section thirty-three (33), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Four (4) West of the Indian Meridian, in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the Government Survey thereof and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in the West line of the Middle Third of said Southwest Quarter (SW/4), which point is 260 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Middle Third; Thence South along the West line of said Middle Third a distance of 435.45 feet to a point on the North line of the C.R.
