In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

First Interstate Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., as Trustee of the Pension Trust for Employees of Oklahoma City Clinic, Plaintiff, v. Frank M. Bolen; Barbara L. Bolen; Donald Bolen; and Bolen Oldsmobile, Inc., a corporation, Defendants.

Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of November, 1989, at 2 p.m. in Room 103 of the Annex Building to the Oklahoma County Court House in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma will offer for sale and will sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder therefor, certain real property situated in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, together with any and all improvements thereon.

``All of Lots Fourteen (14) through Twenty-Two (22), Block Seven (7) in DALE ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma according to the recorded plat thereof.``

together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereof; all building and improvements now or hereafter constructed thereon; all of which real estate, fixtures and personal property are hereinafter collectively called the ``Mortgaged Premises``.

Said real property (hereinafter the ``Property``) shall be sold subject to existing general or ad valorem taxes and special assessments not herein foreclosed. The Property has been duly appraised at One Hundred Sixty Thousand and no/100 Dollars (160,000.00), and said Property will be sold for not less than two-thirds of the appraised value thereof, the appraisement having been made as provided by law, with a copy thereof having been filed with the District Court Clerk of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma. …
