Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Palm & Cook Oil & Gas Company. Relief Sought: Pooling. Legal Description: SW/4 Section 2, Township 22 North, Range 5 West, Garfield County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To Milanco Ltd., all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers, and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Garfield County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission issue an order, pursuant to Title 52, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 87.1(e), adjudicating the rights and equities and pooling the interests of all owners in the Mississippi Lime common source of supply underlying the SW/4 Section 2, Township 22 North, Range 5 West, Garfield County, Oklahoma, being a 160-acre drilling and spacing unit for said common source of supply, for the purpose of drilling a test well on said drilling and spacing unit.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting or may request the following special relief: That Applicant or some other party, be designated as Operator of the unit and the well thereon; that the Order issued in this cause provide for the pooling of interests within named common source of supply on a unit basis, not a wellbore basis; that parties electing not to participate in the proposed test well shall be deemed to have relinquished all working interest and right to drill in the unit and common source of supply as to the proposed well and all subsequently drilled wells; and, other matters which are common to the oil and gas industry which a reasonable and prudent Operator should consider may be considered, whether recited in this Notice or not. …
