Pheris IV, The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University, Arkoma Basin Exploration Company, Levent Kecik, Kelly Raymer, Arkoma II Partnership, Arts & Recreation Center, Inc., Austin College of Sherman, Texas, James J. Heutel, Trustee of the Estate of J.B. Stoddard, Commissioner of the Land Office of the State of Oklahoma, Fletcher & Lauranel Davis, Homer Eugene Pace, Gladys Topping Bevil, Atlantic Richfield Company, Era Braden, Betty Rithma Willbanks, and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested parties, particularly in Latimer County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission issue an order establishing a 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for the Over-Thrusted Basal Atoka (Spiro) common source of supply underlying Section 9-5N-18E, Latimer County, Oklahoma. If, at the time of the hearing, as to any formation or formations subject to this application, it is determined that adjacent or contiguous tracts have been spaced by a previous order of the Commission, such previous order shall be extended to include the subject land if the evidence reflects that an extension of said previously existing Order is proper. …
