NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish the proper well density for the Hartshorne Sand \ common source of supply to permit an additional well at a prescribed location in Section 4, Township 5 North, Range 13 East, Pittsburg, County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:
