Daily; Glenn E. Cook; John Edward Cook; Steven K. Cook; Theda Faye Koerper, a/k/a Theda Koerper Slagle; Melvin Huddleston, a/k/a Melvin G. Huddleston; Patricia Ann Gryson; Henry William Huddleston; Doris C. McFarland; Jennie Louise Huddleston; Eugene M. Huddleston; Estelle Muse; Sylvia I. Bailey; Norma L. Oster, a/k/a Norma Loretta Oster; Myrtle Huddleston; Geneva R. Riley; Alice Isabel Olson; Beverly Dutcher; Darlene N. Folks; Robert F. Daily; Jack Daily; William B. Daily; Dean Anderson; Ronald L. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission grant an order:

(a) Vacating Order No. 68,506 insofar as it established 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the Lower Morrow Oil Sand common source of supply underlying Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 26 ECM, Beaver County; and

(b) Vacating Order No. 141,043 insofar as it established 80 acre drilling and spacing units for the Cherokee (Red Fork) common source of supply underlying said Section 12; and

(c) Extending the purview of Order No. …
