Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Plaintiff, v. Donald E. Close and Mary Jane Close, husband and wife; German Motors, Inc.; SSF Imported Auto Parts, Inc., a California corporation; Oklahoma County Treasurer and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, Defendants.

Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of January, 1990, at 2 o`clock p.m., at the County Courthouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest bidder therefor with appraisement all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma to-wit:

All of Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block Two (2) of BLANCHARD ADDITION, an Addition to the City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof,

subject only to unpaid ad valorem real estate taxes, if any, then to the mortgage and lien of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for Citizens National Bank and Trust Company, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in the principal sum of $97,903.51, together with interest thereon through the 22nd day of August, 1988, in the amount of $30,322.79 and thereafter accruing at the per diem rate of $53.03, until May 17, 1989, with interest to accrue from and after May 17, 1989, at the applicable T Bill rate set forth in 28 U.S.C. \s1961, and attorney`s fees in the sum of $3,604.00, all costs of this action, abstracting expenses, insurance premiums and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, and tax sales thereof, if any. …
