Applicant: Viersen & Cochran. Relief Requested: Vacate 640 Acre Drilling and Spacing Units; Establish 80 Acre Drilling and Spacing Units. Legal Description: Section 1, Township 18 North, Range 15 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Dewey County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Don J. Waddle; Weldon and Laverne I. Autry; Leta Joan Baker; Lynn Melvin Coons; Janelle Coons Moore; Glen and Pauline A. Robinson, Trustees of the Glen Robinson and Pauline A. Robinson Trust dated 11-1389; Mary Christensen; Mobil Oil Corporation; Charlene Evelyn Steves; Rampant E & D Inc.; and Hallador Exploration Company; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish drilling and spacing units as set out in special relief paragraph below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: Vacate Order No. 95,923 insofar as it pertains to the Red Fork and Chester common sources of supply underlying all of Section 1, Township 18 North, Range 15 West, Dewey County, Oklahoma; Vacate Order No. 256,328 insofar as it pertains to the Morrow common source of supply underlying all of said Section 1; and, Establish 80 acre drilling and spacing units underlying all of said Section 1, with the units to consist of governmental half quarter sections to be formed by a line running East and West through the center of each governmental quarter section, and with the permitted well to be located in the NE/4 and the SW/4 of each governmental quarter section, not less than 330 feet from the boundary of the proper governmental quarter quarter section, and with the Clark #1-1 well located 430d from the North line, and 790d from the East line of the S/2 NW/4 of said Section 1 to be the permitted well for the unit comprised of said S/2 NW/4 of Section 1, as follows: For the Red Fork, Chester, and Mississippi Solid common sources of supply, by extending the purview of Order No. …
