STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Hughes County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Geneva Parker, now Gayler, Patrick J. Farrell, Trustee, Grace Stevenson, Trustee, Shield Operating Company, Inc., Carol J. Morgan, Trustee of the Anglin Properties Trust, Badger Royalty Company, an Oklahoma corporation, PAR Oil Company, Inc., Harry H. Diamond Incorporated, John L. Warren, Trustee under the John L. Warren Trust, Charlotte Ann Rhoades, William H. Warren, Jr., C.H. Black, Jr., Douglas Messell, a/k/a Douglas R. Messell, Marvelle Messell, David A. McCane and Margaret Jane McCane, husband and wife, joint tenants, and Carla Sue McKinney, now Holcomb; and New Direction Oil Company; and if any of the above are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties; and if any of the above are corporations which do not continue to have legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission vacate Order No. 132,223 which established 640 acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas from the Savanna, Upper Booch, Middle Booch, Lower Booch, Hartshorne, Cromwell, Atoka and Wapanucka common sources of supply underlying Sections 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Township 6 North, Range 11 East, Hughes County, Oklahoma, and to establish 160-acre drilling and spacing units for Hartshorne common source of supply underlying the NW of Section 10, Township 6 North, Range 11 East, Hughes County, Oklahoma. …
