Applicant: Shawver & Son, Inc. Relief Requested: Well Location Exception. Legal Description: NW/4 of Section 21, Township 13 North, Range 3 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To Joseph B. Singer Exploration Company and all Persons, Owners, Producers, Operators, Purchasers and Takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an order granting Applicant an exception to the well location prescribed by Order No. 211,821 and Order No. 247,914, as corrected by Order No. 261,253, for the Misener, Viola, Simpson Dense, Simpson Dolomite, First Wilcox, Second Wilcox, Upper McLish, Lower McLish, Oil Creek, Arbuckle, Mississippian and Hunton separate common sources of supply underlying the NW/4 of Section 21, Township 13 North, Range 3 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, so that said well may be located in the NW/4 of Section 21, Township 13 North, Range 3 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, 380 feet from the north line and 906 feet from the west line of said NW/4 of Section 21, same to be a well for the NW/4, a 160 acre unit, and further order and authorize said well to produce a full allowable from said separate common sources of supply or an allowable as established by the Commission at the time of the hearing.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief:

1. Applicant will designate itself or some other party as operator of the unit and test well. …
