Applicant: Green River Exploration Company. Relief Sought: Well Location Exception. Land Covered: Section 6, Township 2 North, Range 26ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma.

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons, particularly in Beaver County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Lester Giergerich; Midco 700 Petroleum Venture; Midco Kansas Venture 4-80; Kaiser-Francis Oil Company; and, if any of the above named individuals are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successor trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of any such deceased person; and, if any of the above named corporations are no longer in existence, then the unknown successors of any such corporation.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission grant an Order amending the well location provisions of Order No. 33,887, Order No. 39,081, Order No. 39,081 as reaffirmed by Order No. 212,209, Order No. 44,391, Order No. 66,436 and an Order being requested in Cause CD No. 154,868 and granting a well location exception for a well to be drilled to and produced from the Chase, Council Grove, Hoover Sand, Lovell Sand, Douglas (Tonkawa) Sand, Kansas City, Marmaton (above the Oswego), Oswego, Cherokee, Morrow Sand, Mississippian (Chester Lime), St. Genevieve and St. Louis common sources of supply underlying Section 6, Township 2 North, Range 26ECM, Beaver County, Oklahoma. Said well to be drilled at a location 660 feet South of the North line and 660 feet East of the West line of said Section 6. …
