First Enterprise Bank, Plaintiff, vs. Billy J. Eddy and Jane M. Eddy, husband and wife, Defendant.

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Sheriff of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, will on the 17th day of July, 1990, at the hour of 2 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the Courthouse in the City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest bidder the following described real estate and premises, situated in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, to wit:

Lot Eight (8) of Block Seven (7), P.B. ODOM'S SOUTH PENN ADDITION FIFTH ADDITION, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, as shown by the recorded plat thereof;

Also known as 8400 South Charlotte, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma;

said property having been appraised at the sum of $55,000.00, and will offer for sale, pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, in case No. CJ-89-10949, wherein First Enterprise Bank is Plaintiff, and Billy J. Eddy and Jane M. Eddy, husband and wife, et al., are Defendants, to satisfy the Judgment rendered therein on the 13th day of April, 1990, in favor of the Plaintiff in the sum of $33,479.34 and interest which has accrued as of the 19th day of November, 1989 in the amount of $732.38 and accruing thereafter at the rate of $11.92 per diem, as provided in said note, extensions and mortgage, until paid, advances made with interest thereon, abstract costs in the amount of $300.00, costs and costs accruing and attorney fees in the amount of $2,500.00; to further satisfy the judgment of the Defendant, Joe B. Barnes, Oklahoma County Treasurer, for unpaid personal property taxes as follows: last half of 1985 in the amount of $38.89 plus costs in the amount of $9.00 and interest as of February 15, 1990 in the amount of $26.83; 1986 in the amount of $83.45 plus costs in the amount of $11. …
