Republic Capital Bank, S.S.B., a state savings bank, Plaintiff, vs. Springfield Associates, an Oklahoma general partnership; C.A. Henderson, an individual; Lawrence V. Van Horn, an individual; Nelson E. Keller, an individual; Elmer E. Rubac, an individual; Johnny C. Corona, an individual; Walter V. Tullos, an individual; A.C. Kelly, an individual; B.G. Smith, an individual; Richard Simmons, Jr., an individual; and Henderson National Corporation, an Oklahoma corporation, Defendants.

Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of July, 1990, at 2:00 o'clock p.m. in Room 103 of the Annex to the Oklahoma County Courthouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of Oklahoma County will offer for sale and will sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder therefor, certain real property situated in Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as:

Lots One (1) through Sixteen (16), inclusive of Block One (1), and Lots Seventeen (17) through Thirty-one (31), inclusive of Block Two (2), SPRINGFIELD VILLAGE, an addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma as shown by the recorded plat thereof,

(Having A Street Address of 00 through 115 Akin Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma)

together with all improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all Collateral, including but not limited to all fixtures, equipment, machinery, apparatus, furniture and articles of personal property of every kind and character then owned or thereafter acquired by Springfield Associates and then or thereafter located in or used for the operation and maintenance of the aforesaid buildings and improvements located on the above-described real estate (all of which property is herein called the ``Collateral''), which Collateral shall include, but is not limited to: (a) all of the property and items hereinbefore described; (b) all screens, awnings, storm windows and doors, window shades, drapes, cabinets, partitions, floor coverings, furniture, motors, ranges, machinery, refrigerators, boilers, tanks, furnaces, and all heating, lighting, plumbing, gas, electric, ventilating, refrigerating, air conditioning, laundry, cleaning, fire prevention, fire extinguishing, communications, kitchen, dining room, swimming pool and incinerating equipment; and (c) any items of personal property which may be subject to a title retention or security agreement superior in lien to the lien of the Mortgage, or such to lease agreement superior to the lien of the Mortgage, to the extent only of the right, title and interest of Springfield Associates (which real property, buildings, improvements, and Collateral are herein collectively referred to as the ``Premises''). …
