TO: Donald C. Sestak, a widower; Joe B. Barnes, County Treasurer of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma; and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE is given that on the 17th day of July, 1990, at 2 o'clock p.m., in Room 103 of the County Courthouse Annex in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, without appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all of that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
