Exchange National Bank of Del City, Plaintiff, v. Gayle Fields and Loretta Fields, husband and wife; et al., Defendants.

TO: The General Public and to the following persons having or caiming an interest in the subject property: Gayle Fields and Loretta Fields, husband and wife; Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., formerly Fidelity Bank; Joe B. Barnes, Oklahoma County Treasurer, and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of a special execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, on the 13th day of June, 1990, in an action wherein Exchange National Bank of Del City was Plaintiff and Gayle Fields, et al., were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, commanding him to levy upon and sell, with appraisement, the following described property, situated in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to wit:

Tract 1: A description of a parcel of land lying in the NW1/4 of Section 29, Township 11 North, Range 2 West, I.M., commencing at the NW corner of said Section 29, Thence N 89c40d44e E, along the North line of said Section 813.73 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence N 89c40d44e East along the North line of the Section 378.25 feet; Thence S 0c18d12e E, 452.94 feet; Thence along a curve to the left 321.62 feet with a radius of 413.07 feet, a chord 313.56 feet with a bearing of S 61c42d33e West; Thence S 89c40d44e West, 98.74 feet; Thence N 0c33d16e West, 600.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
