(71300) AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING M.C. 23,745 Sub 16 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Joint Application of: Oklahoma City Eastern Express, Inc. (Transferor), P.O. Box 6190, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74148, and Triangle Express, Inc. (Transferee), 1015 S.W. 2nd Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73109: For authority to transfer M.C. 56,397 Regular Route, Freight, Intrastate: Common Carrier, Motor Carrier Service.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the named applicants have filed with the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma, an application for authority to Transfer Motor Carrier for the Transportation of:

General commodities (except those of unusual value, classes A & B explosives, household goods, commodities in bulk and those commodities requiring the use of special equipment because of size or weight),

(1) Between the area identified herein as the Tulsa, Oklahoma commercial zone (embracing Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks and Sand Springs), on the one hand, and, on the other points presently authorized by certificates of public convenience and necessity issued by the Commission and held by the carrier and subject to all restrictions in service presently contained in said existing authorities.

(2) Between the area identified herein as the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma commercial zone (embracing Oklahoma City, Edmond, The Village, Nichols Hills, Warr Acres, Bethany, Yukon, Mustang, Moore, Del City, Midwest City, Spencer, Nicoma Park, Valleybrook, Woodland Park, Tinker Air Force Base, Smith Village, Forest Park, Lake Aluma, Springlake Park, Hall Park, and Canadian Club City), on the one hand, and, on the other, points presently authorized to be served by certificates of public convenience and necessity issued by the Commission and held by the carrier, and subject to all restrictions presently contained in said existing authorities. Restriction: The authority contained herein does not authorize transportation services to be performed between points within the commercial zone described."

Appendix "A"

General Commodities, over the following routes, to wit: To, from and between all points and over all routes with the specific right to transport freight from any point on any route, service to, from and between all terminal, named points and intermediate points in either and all directions.

1. Between Oklahoma City and South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, via Interstate Highway 44 to its junction with U.S. Highway 169, thence via U.S. Highway 169 to South Coffeyville, serving the off-route point of Oologah Dam Site. …
