(71971) SECOND AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING Cause CD No. 155,166 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Joseph F. Mueller and Marjo Oil Company. Relief Requested: To Amend and Reform Drilling and Spacing Units and Create Drilling and Spacing Units. Legal Description: The SW/4 of Section 5 and the SW/4 of Section 8, Both in Township 14 North, Range 3 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission establish and reform spacing in the SW/4 of Section 5 and the SW/4 of Section 8, Township 14 North, Range 3 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and that the owners to be notified are as follows: KaiserFrancis Oil Company.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: To amend and reform Order No. 254,355 so as to provide that the Oil Creek and Arbuckle formations will be productive of predominately oil and gas and that the units be formed by a line running north and south through the center of the SW/4 of Section 5, Township 14 North, Range 3 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and that the provisions of Order No. 343,988 be extended so as to create 80acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil and gas from the McLish and Joins formations underlying the SW/4 of said Section 5 and creating 80-acre drilling and spacing units for production of oil and gas from the McLish, Oil Creek, Joins and Arbuckle formations, underlying the SW/4 of Section 8, Township 14 North, Range 3 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, with the units being formed by a line running north and south through the center of the governmental quarter sections and that the permitted well pattern be in the northwest forty acres and southeast forty acres of each governmental quarter section and possibly providing that the Order be made effective on a date prior to the signing thereof. …
