Barnes, County Treasurer of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma; and The Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma; Defendants.

NOTICE is given that on the 28th day of August, 1990, at 2:00 o'clock p.m. in Room 103 of the Courthouse Annex Building, 320 Robert S. Kerr, Oklahoma County Courthouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate situated in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

A part of Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), of Block Thirteen (13), in PARK ESTATES, in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the Plat recorded in Book 25, Page 62, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the most Northerly corner of said Lot Fourteen (14); thence in a Southwesterly direction along the rear boundary line of said Lot Fourteen (14), a distance of 45 feet for a point or place of beginning: Thence in a Southeasterly direction along a line parallel to the boundary line between Lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15), a distance of 135 feet to a point in the front boundary line of said Lot Fourteen (14); thence in a Southwesterly direction along the front boundary line of Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) a distance of 70 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction along a line parallel to the boundary line between Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), a distance of 135 feet to the rear boundary line between Lots Ten (10) and Thirteen (13), said point being 20 feet Southwesterly from the point of intersection of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14); thence point being 20 feet Southwesterly from the point of intersection of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14); thence in a Northeasterly direction along the rear boundary line of Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), a distance of 70 feet to the point or place of beginning. …
